This is a personalized 4 week course. It is the individual work that is done in the group course. This allows for a more in depth look at your needs and the way your mind needs to shift. You will get an in depth behavioral elements analysis as well as a physical self care planner.

Group Mindset Development Course

This is a group course of 2 to 10 people. "Positive Thinking & Divine Purpose: A 4-Week Journey to a Transformed Life". During this 4 week outline we will 

  • Understand Positive Thinking and Divine Guidance

  • Build Better Habits and Replace Negative Thoughts

  • Understanding Love and Forgiveness

  • Living With Purpose and Maintaining a Positive Mindset
